An Energy Being accompanies you, a symbol of your psychophysical condition. You care for it, develop it, and strengthen it through tasks completed in the real world. Every action records your character. Every change stays.

World building

The second stage is building your world. What you do in the real world builds your inner world. You start creating your own space around you.

Activity turns into resources

Every real-life activity, movement, relationships, discipline, recovery, growth, becomes resources in the game.

Parameters and habits build resources

Biomedical parameters, sleep quality, habit consistency, and participation in IRL quests build materials, elements, structures, and resources.
